Meditation is one of the best ways to hit pause and recharge. Let's dive into some different forms of meditation that can help you find your zen, no matter how busy life gets.
1. Mindfulness Meditation: Mindfulness meditation is all about being present in the moment. It’s as simple as focusing on your breath or the sounds around you. When your mind starts to wander (and it will), gently bring it back to the present. This form of meditation is perfect for beginners and can be done anywhere—yes, even during your coffee break!
2. Guided Meditation: If you find it hard to meditate on your own, guided meditation might be your go-to. With guided meditation, you listen to a guide who helps you visualize calming scenes and leads you through the practice. There are tons of apps and YouTube channels with guided meditations, so you can easily find one that suits your vibe.
3. Transcendental Meditation: Transcendental Meditation (TM) involves silently repeating a mantra for 15-20 minutes twice a day.
